In a word,killing bandits and successfully defend shelter without anything loss will no longer lead to emotion damage,and killing bandits will now boost characters moral
KILLING CIVILIANS WILL NOW LEAD TO VERY SEVERE EMOTIONAL DAMAGE TO EVERYONE NO MATTER WHAT HIS/HER PSYCHE IS OR WHETHER HE/SHE IS INSENSITIVE
(It seems that kill rebels will lead to the same emotional damage as killing civilian,because I don`t find a rebel-related event group)
