Questionable Ethics 1 (Tank Theme) Looping Version

Description
This is the theme "Questionable Ethics 1" by Joel Nielson, replacing the Tank theme. The original version of this Addon was by Aura, and Coolz later made a version that looped correctly. No more pauses, just, theme.

Just so you all know, the description is correct. Coolz has simply made a looping version of my uploaded addon.
