Original HEV Mk IV Suit

Description
Replaces the current HEV suit model in Black Mesa with the version found in the Black Mesa mod in 2012.

@phantron You know how the suitup sequence displays a graphic of the suit onscreen? This addon doesn't replace that graphic with one resembling the 2012 suit.
