Description
The Romanov Empire is a human empire ruled by the old royal family of Russia, the Romanovs. Long had the ancient Russian Empire been known as the Third Rome, and now, there would be a Fourth Rome, the most powerful of all.

@Tasty Buttcream Agreed. That's why I subscribed to the Space Commonwealth, or whatever it's called. I might find a nice background to update this with.

Great to see another Russia, this time a historical variant. I love overdressed gentlemen in space for some reason. An equally extravagant background would be nice.
