The Kuroro Recon Balloon will keep a watchful eye over the surrounding area, quickly alerting the fleet to any transgressions by would-be-attackers!

Primary armour type: Wood
Very lightly armoured, the Kuroro is intended to serve a purely reconnaissance role, but can be equipped with weapons should the need arise.

Weapon systems:
* Unarmed.

The Kuroro will use balloons to ascend to a moderate height around 200 metres above the surface of the water (though heigher is possible if manned by a skilled captain)

If armed appropriately, a Kuroro Balloon can prove a significant threat to smaller ships which may lack the means to retaliate.
