Alone, what a classic prison. Just finished this one recently. Escaped on Day 5. It's very good with a very unique concept, however I feel like it could've been pulled off better. Once you realise that the other side of the prison is nothing more than two wall chips away (one of which you don't even need a poster for) and the fact that guards don't get mad when they see you there, the gimmick just falls apart because now you can freely do all the normal Escapists stuff. The isolation gimmick only really plays a role in the day or two. Also figuring out that Guards do not monitor the top-left area of your sector at all also makes this prison very easy, because you can do whatever you want there without having to hide your tracks. I had a tunnel hole and a few broken walls up there uncovered and the guards were none the wiser. Other than that, great prison! Awesome concept! Could've been executed better.

Although the description says that I can interact with the other inmates only through a fence, I still managed to make the connection between me and them fully. I know this wasn't fair but it would've taken a lot longer. I dug my self out from the spot next to my cell, right past the fence. Would've been more challenging to put an electric fence underground aswell. Great prison, I really enjoyed It.

Alone again...

While the escape itself is relatively straight forward and easy to execute with the right tools (cut or dig out, I dug out in 15 days), the concept and execution is beyond amazing, unique, and well executed. I would love a much more challenging sequel to this prison called Isolation, it would so amazing to see! Love this map, 9/10, highly recommend (not 10/10 because, again, the actual escapes are relatively simple).

Just wanted to say that you can chip through the wall at the bottom of the cafeteria to get into the vents and the guards won't see it. If that is intended, then it is a smart way to get into the vents and access the rest of the prison. If it is unintentional, then it makes the prison much easier and doesn't require a stepladder.

NOTE: How did everyone else escape this? I did what i said at the top, got a multi-tool and dug a small tunnel through the metal room. If anyone else had any different escapes or different ways of getting items, let me know because i would like to attempt this prison again but differently

One of the best maps I have ever played

- Preparation [9/10]
Obviously, the most difficult part of this prison is gathering resources. Since you can't access other inmates' desk via normal terms, so you gotta wait for them to walk to the interaction area (which is very time-consuming, totally not recommended) OR work your way to their side yourself. It's very fun and challenging trying to find a way to achieve that without getting caught and it feels very rewarding when you finally achieve it!

- Escape [3/10]
However, for the real escape, it's very easy and straight-forward. You only need 3 items at the night of the escape--a Cutter (Sturdy is recommended), Red Key, and Contraband Pouch (optional, but recommended for safety-measure). The escape route is also pretty straight-forward. You don't have to jump through a hoop or anything. Just cut and out, simple as that.

Prison concept [10/10]
By far the most unique idea I've ever played. The fact that you're separated from other inmates makes the gameplay much more exciting and challenging. The idea of only having a single area where you can meet with other inmates is also brilliant.

Map design [10/10]
The layout of this prison is brilliantly designed, it's such a delight to look at. I especially love the vent system due to its complexity and connectivity.

The first few days are tough but once you get a couple of posters and maybe a stepladder it gets quite manageable
