Global Elite Mod (accuracy mod)

The Global Elite Mod changes the accuracy of any unit to the maximum.

This shall not "fix" any balanceproblems or stuff like that or be fitting for a competive setting,
it's just a funny little experiment how the 2nd WW would have been, if everybody would be ungodly accurate.

As my first mod in anything ever, i have to admit it is fun to play as little alternativ more casual meta.

I simply cloned every unit with an accuracy below 1 and set it to 1.
I also changed the run and gun debuff aswell to 1 (basicly disabling it) for most units.

I didn't know how to workout mortar's and other artillery's inaccuracy and the Sovjet Shock Troops are also untouched due to the name having a blank in it and therefore couldn't save.
