Description
Creates public sector postal service

Cost depends on percentage of farmers (more rural society is less dense and so requires more post offices)

Decreases unemployment

Increases percentage of state employees

Makes Patriots and State Employees happy

Also affects infrastructure positively. However only for D3A.

great mod! Feels like it should DEFINITELY affect unemployment more, as lots of jobs will go to mailmen, delivery truckers, post office workers, managers, etc. Idk if you'll see this after all this time but adjusting this would make implementing it much more worthwhile, especially for the cost of political capital :)

I think I remembered why I didn't do that. In the base game even with DLC I don't think there is an Infrastructure simulation for it to affect.

Oh good. But all it seems to do is just pander to some groups, but a decrease in unemployment is great of course. Maybe have it increase infastructure?
