As always just download the .rar from the preset page and make sure the files from ReShade go into your bin>x64 folder.

You don't need to subscribe to this, just go to the preset page instead for the actual download and instructions:

Shaders and effects used in the preset for customization purposes. They can be found in the ReShade folder inside the download:

CustomFX = Watchdog Tonemap
GemFX = Ambient Light and Motion Focus
McFX = Fisheye CA
SweetFX = LumaSharpen, LiftGammaGain, Tonemap, Vibrance, Curves, Sepia, FilmicPass, ReinhardLinear and DPX.

Thank you so much, it's 2024 and I've searched everywhere for ever to find a SweetFX/ReShade that would actually work in Insurgency at this time

ya ngl im so lost im tried installing reshade to about every directory i could think of with exe or config files and i cant get it to work it seems
