Description
Bighorn's Hand is a new item that constantly drops a troll bomb at a random position in your room.

If you find any bugs please report them in the comments and I will fix them as soon as possible.

the troll bombs dont synergise with bomb upgrades

hey can you make this item to me i should be really glad ^^ fairy a magical item that make isaac fly like a beautiful butterfly and shot tears that explode and create fire :8bitheart::bbtduckshark: :bbtgem:
