I may take a break from playing, so if it seems outdated, or does not work, let me know, and I'll have a look, if I don't know there's been an update, then obviously the mod will be outdated and may not function correctly.


This is NOT meant to be realistic, it's a few adjustments that make it a little easier to play the game, designed for new drivers, but will give anyone a boost at the start, primarily for casual gameplay.

• Truck refund adjusted from 35% to 75%.
  
• Base revenue per KM increased from 15 to 20 currency.
  
• Small garage buy & upgrade adjusted to -50% of default.
  
• Fuel discount increased from 15% to 35%.
  
• Truck count for online purchase reduced from 5, to 3.
  
• Abandonded job fine reduced from 12000 to 8000.
  
• Cargo damage cost per 1%, reduced from -5, to -3 currency.
  
• Cargo damage cost factor per 1%, reduced from -4% to -2%.
  
• Fixed pay for drivers, reduced from 350, to 250 currency.
  
• Driver Revenue Coef per KM increased from 0.67 to 0.7705.
  
• Driver Cargo Market Revenue Coef per KM increased from 0.8 to 0.92.
  
• Driver hire cost reduced from 1500 to 100 currency.
  
• Driver no return job, reduced from 10%, to 3%.
  
• Player Fixed Revenue increased from 600, to 800.
  
• Player Revenue Coef per KM increased from 0.9 to 1.035.
  
• Player Cargo Market Revenue Coef per KM increased from 1.0 to 1.15.
  
• Player XP per cargo Delivery per KM increased from 1 to 1.5.
  
• Player XP for Free Roam per KM increased from 0.5 to 0.8.
  
• Player XP for Road Discovery per KM increased from 0.8 to 1.1.
  
• Late delivery XP loss, reduced from -40%, to -20%.
  
• Perfect Delivery increased from 0.24 to 0.44
  
• Damaged cargo XP loss per 1%, reduced from -5xp, to -3xp.
  
• Damaged cargo XP loss factor per 1%, reduced from -4% total xp, to -2% total xp.
  
• Reward Bonuses increasing from 0.05 (1) to 0.15 (5) for Distance/Fragile/Urgent/Valuable
  
• Reward Bonus Level increased from 0.015 to 0.035
  
• Manual Park Bonus increased from 15 (easy), 40 (normal), 90 (hard) to 45/120/270 respectively 3x increase
  
• Manual Park Bonus (double) increased from 20 (easy), 60 (normal), 170 (hard) to 60/180/510 respectively 3x increase (1.28 see note)
  
• Manual Park during loading bonus increased from 15xp to 45xp 3x increase.
  
• Increased Free Driving XP from 100 to 150
  
• Lowered sleeping time from 9 hours to 7 hours
  
• Increased driving time from 11 hours to 12 hours
  
• Checked & adjusted any currency changes.
  
  The NEW Values for towing & refuel have been left alone, if you need to call assistance for a tow or refuel, it's because you messed up, so you pay the price..
