I gotchu fam, I just updated a handful of my older mods like this one to be sure they work with L4D1 campaigns (except the safehouse ones.)
As I'm typing this I'm uploading another 2 mods too, funny coincidence that you brought this up at the same time I was making new ones.

I really like this, but I would really love it more if this worked for the L4D1 maps too. Same with the short team death one.
