Missile Launcher ML-181

Description
Missile Launcher ML 181 Is the modificated part of the destroyed turret in Sirius. With
the additional energy the weapon can work without the another parts. Its still powerfull
and good weapon for elimination.

.:Stats:.
-75 Damage per missile
-very effective , impact on enemies
-slow deploy
-slow fire than Rocket Launcher ( 2 frames slower )
.:Features:.
-New custom sounds (Added "AfterFire" sound)

-New custom parts
-New custom animations
-Added boring animation ( while idle )
-The energy parts are glowing
-Rockets using new Effect system

Fusion works only on win 10, idk why but it is

1. Im not really sure somebody will wanna spend his time to re-port this
2. Soon i get new pc soo i may try to port it on Fusion :]

The reason that i doesnt make any mods to fusion is the fact i cant run the game ;[
