Now possible to decide if all Twitch play users can use bomb creator or not, Also the same for Vanilla rule seed, and for Needy counts above five.

* Second try at correctly resizing the text. (Forgot to hit apply after modifying the prefab.)
* Holding the vanilla/mod ratio adjustment buttons won't take as long to get from one end to the other. (It increments by 1 for the first 5, then 5 thereafter, as long as the button is held.)
* Bombs now correctly does not reset back to 2 if more than 2 was selected previously, unless the game really is loaded up without the rooms that supports more bombs.
* Bombs now displays as "BOMBS: ∞" When one of the Infinite factory modes is selected.

Fixed a minor bug in no duplicates mode regarding vanilla modules.
Log the generator settings when Start is clicked successfully. (Logs what modules are disabled/enabled, number of strikes, time, widget count, duplicates allowed, pacing events, module/needy count, modded/vanilla distribution, what each pool receives, etc...)

* GIve up on finding both Multiple bombs and Vanilla Rule Modifier much sooner. (No longer see these options disappear on the bomb creator itself.)
* Now possible to specify what percentage of the modules is modded versus vanilla.
* Now possible to specify a minimum and maximum number of widgets to generate. (Note, retrying the same bomb will give you the exact same number of widgets that was randomly chosen for that genereted mission.)
* Fix randomness issues. (No longer generates bomb with exact same modules nor exact same number of widgets.)

Fix a minor bug where the selected vanilla seed is not what the bomb is started with.
