Changed the Rule seed widget to log the current seed. This should hopefully resolve the issue with Log Viewer Hotkey not capturing the pre-game seed.

"Cut the [color] wire" now behaves in such a way that even if you cut more than one of [color] wire on the same module, no strikes will be given for any of them matching that color, regardless of order.
Of course, the first wire of the correct color cut will solve the module.

Fixed a wire cutting rule, so that when it says "cut the [color] wire", it will count on ANY of the matching [color] wires, not the first one found.

Actually upload the new build properly. Since more offensive and potentially offensive words were removed, manual reprint required for morse code / password on all rule seeds other than seed 1.
