This update comes in about a month late due to real life chaos and other mods and games taking up my time. Sorry for the delay!

v1.5.6: I should probably remake this mod now that the new game upadate basically changed everything, but probably won't because I'm LAZY!

NEW FEATURES:

[REDS]

...Yeah they kinda get nothing pretty much. Maybe next time!

[TERRANS]

+ Added Superheavy Rocket Battery! The biggest, baddest, rocket-est rocket battery yet! Unless you count the Reds' Heavy HV Rocket Battery that is....

+ Added Heavy Plasma Artillery Battery! Basically a smaller and cuter version of the Heavy Annihilator Cannon.

+ Added 'Lith' High Explosive Defense Railgun! Same deal as above, but it's a mini-Stonhenge this time.

+ Added 'Wowe' Thermonuclear Defense Artillery! The complete opposite of the above, this one is BIGGER. You can thank a certain someone on discord for giving me this (admittedly not too unique) idea.

+ Added [REDACTED]

+ Added [DATA EXPUNGED]

BALANCE CHANGES:

- MASSIVE Nerfs to Heavy Assault Gauss Cannon and Assault Gauss Cannon II. Use something else in the next tournament (if I ever decide to do another one that is)! Basically doubled their points and energy cost.

MISC. CHANGES:

- Because the leviathan weapon enabler mod was refusing to work properly, leviathan weapons are now enabled by default in ZDE.

Again, apologies for the massive delay on this patch! I would also not expect another one for a while, as I'm currently working on my 2nd faction mod as part of a pretty big collab. Stay tuned!

I decided to play around more with weapon stats....
... let's just say the end result was "interesting" xD

Update v1.5.5!

NEW FEATURES:

Hoooo boy. For a half-patch, quite a few weapons were added! HOWEVER, most of them are only availible thru an enabler mod, which I will link in the description shortly!

[REDS]

+ The reds only got one new weapon: the Howitzer Satellite Launcher! Basically, this is my attempt to fit a drone with an Incendiary Howitzer-style cannon. They aren't all that effective, but the good news is that the reds finally have drones that won't try to suicide into the enemy's point defense guns! Huzzah!

[TERRANS]

+ + Added LEVIATHAN PARTS! These are absurdly massive and powerful (read: borderline OP) weapons, generators, thrusters, and shields! By default these are sandbox-only, HOWEVER, you can grab my enabler mod to put them into the campaign C store with all the rest! Among these weapons is the old-but-now-declassified Planet Shatterer, a turreted version of the Wave Motion Gun(!), and more!

Everything below this should be availible to the terrans' C store in ZDE default!

+ Added a focused (read: bulletstacked) version of the Heavy Annihilator Cannon!

+ Added the 'Stonehenge' Thermobaric Railgun! <<Incoming from Stonehenge!>> If you get this reference, you are officially awesome. Functions as superheavy PD artillery.

+ Added the Hyperflak Gatling Gun! A BRRRRRRRT-style heavy point-defense gun for large titans or dedicated PD escort capital ships!

+ Added the Strike Craft Assault Gauss Cannon! Essentailly a scaled down 1x1 version of the Light Assault Gauss Cannon.

+ Added the Vulcan PD! Meant to be a scaled-up version of the Light Vulcan PD, but ended up more like a scaled-down version of the Heavy Phalnx.

+ Added the Light Beam Cannon! A scaled-down, 2x2 version of the default Beam Cannon. Less damage, but nearly identical range!

Long time no see! I've been away for a while dealing with IRL stuff, but now I'm back! And what's any other way to return than to give possibly the BIGGEST UPDATE EVER(tm) to ZDE! I present to you........

Update v1.5: Red Dawn!

NEW FEATURES:

+ The REDS finally get their own ZDE-brand weapons! Huzzah!

[REDS]

+ Penrose Tiles are now SCALEABLE! ... up to size 5. I Didn't want to break the red faction "flavor" too much, but also wanted to minimize effort put into building ships big enough for some of these new weapons.

+ Added the reds' version of the zero-point reactor. You're gonna need a way to power all those BIG GUNS.

+ Added a scale 2 penrose zero-based heavy generator for middling-size ships.

+ Added the XL Thruster! For either making fast capital ships or moving titans around!

+ Added the reds' version of the Station Anchor.

+ Added light and heavy Missile Launchers, because strangely the reds didn't have any missiles whatsoever.

+ Added Assault Chainguns! These are quite similar to the already-exsisting Tempest, but hit a bit harder and are availible in three sizes: Light, Medium, and Heavy.

+ Added Armored Vulcan PDs! Point defenses with extra health that go pew pew. Nuff said. Availible in standard and heavy variants.

+ Added the Armored Flak Chaingun! Much like an Armored Vulcan PD, but with 100% more EXPLOSIONS!

+ Added Incendiary Howitzers! Quite similar to the already-exsisting Phaser, but they are bigger, badder, and longer-ranged! They do however have a slightly lower refire rate. Availible in Light, Medium, and Heavy sizes.

+ Added the Heavy Incendiary Howitzer Battery! Essentially a bunch of Heavy Incendiary Howitzers flex-taped together and given a range/velocity buff, at the cost of accuracy (not that it matters with how many shots it fires!)

+ Added High Velocity (HV) Rocket Batteries! These are basically terran rocket batteries, but with higher velocity, more range, more accuracy, and overall more damage! Once again, availible in Light, Medium, and Heavy sizes.

+ Added Chainlasers! Epilepsy warning! These lasers pulsate REALLY quickly and have great range and damage! Availible in Light, Medium, Heavy, and SUPERHEAVY sizes!

+ Added the Long Range Flak Cannon! Basically what is says on the tin, a heavy flak gun for capital ships!

+ Added the Thermobaric Flak Cannon! A titan-size flak cannon with low damage but YUGE blast radius!

+ Added the Super Chain Cannon! The end-all-be-all of chainguns, it is a titan-sized BRRRRRRRT gun of mass destruction! Beware the recoil, however!

[TERRANS]

+ Oh yeah, the terrans get something as well....

+ Added the Assault Gauss Cannon II! Basically, this is a stopgap weapon meant to fill the gap between the Assault Gauss Cannon and its much bigger Heavy brother.

- To be honest, I forgot. Don't worry, this probably means that whatever I did was so insignifigant that I just forgot about it when working on the new content.

- In other words, nothing game-changing. Oh well.

- This is a content-focused update! Cosmetic tweaks are heresey!

Well that's it for now! Next on my list in terms of content (aside from adding to terrans and reds whenever I get a good weapon/block idea) are hopefully crystalline weapons! I have a few interesting ideas for them....

v1.3: Light & Heavy!

WOW THAT WAS FAST. Probably because I was extremely bored and had nothing else to do today, I spent most of my time working on this update! Lo and behold, here it is! However, there probably isn't going to be another update until next weekend, unfortunately.

NEW FEATURES:

+ Half-size tileset: Using the SQUARE_HALF shape, I have created a set of mini-blocks for extra small ships, including a command module, a generator, regular and colored hull blocks, and a few weapons! Check them out in the sandbox!

+ Mini Laser: Finally the terrans get what they were lacking for so long: a serviceable early-game 1x1 laser!

+ Mini Railgun: Like the vanilla railgun, but more smol.

+ Heavy Railgun: Like the vanilla railgun, but more SWOLE.

+ Heavy Assault Gauss Cannon: Who would win: a fast strike craft built to dodge bullets | or | one L O N G E boi.

+ Size 4 Plasma Cannon: For all you normies who use vanilla plasma cannons!

+ Heavy Diffusion Plasma Obliterator: Made at the request of (Still) Lost Soul on the reassembly discord server, this serves as a stopgap between the classic Annihilator Cannon and the Heavy Annihilator Battery!

+ [REDACTED]: [REDACTED] is loaded with an extremely volitile [DATA EXPUNGED] warhead. The blast is enough to [DATA EXPUNGED].

+ [CLASSIFIED]: [CLASSIFIED] is an experimental upgrade to [REDACTED], due to the appearance of more
overpowered modded weapons and ships in the recent months. The recoil is enough that some have condidered creating a means of propulsion based off of this technology.

- Made Homing Torpedos slightly faster so that they aren't outrun by most battleships.
