* Bugged behavior for EP-1 Discharging and glow effects for NPCs wielding this SCGG have been fixed.

Small NPC update!
* NPCs will wield the SCGG like a shotgun and will use it when their enemies are close. They will only use the primary fire, however.
* Removed redundant health-check that made the SCGG weaker to players with armor.

* cl_scgg_physgun_color now uses 2 for player color, otherwise 1 for physgun color, or 0 for none.
