Small cosmetic fixes to Tower and surrounding fence.

Tried to fix some graphical issues with some structures, such as flickering textures on walls

Fixed structural issues with small chimney and a wall that was slightly too high off the ground

Slightly increased the gap in the park gate to allow small props to pass more easily
