V4.00, little rework and lots of visual improvements!

+Ftilt has been reworked into an entirely new move. If you hit the opponent, you can jump-cancel and follow up with a combo!

+EMP Fspecial has now been re-worked into something that contrasts the non-emp. Now, only the first part plays and (if you hit) will grab and blast the opponent away.
+Fspecial will now cancel endlag if you fall off the edge.

+Dspecial has been reanimated, still serves the same purpose
+UStrong has been reanimated, still serves the same purpose
+Dair has been slightly reanimated, still serves the same purpose

+Jab's 3rd attack animation has been tweaked slightly

+New portrait, css, and preview!
+New Hurt sprites
+New Waiting animation
+New taunt animation (if you still want the old one, just do parry+taunt instead!)

+Alt colors have been reworked

+Dream nail compatibility added

+Now uses small sprites
