Changed input detection to allow controller support

Fixed Third-Person behavior.
Not very happy with how I did it, but the fix is simple, and it works better than a few vanilla tools do in third person.

Added a speed-mode. Hold Left Mouse Button for about 1 second to begin breaking at break-neck speeds!

-Removed cooldown between uses
-Removed references to ammo, including the display of ammo. Hammers do not have ammunition (in this context)

Fixed the break strength being zero (thus not being able to break anything) if you've never opened the options for the mod.

Fixed and simplified the Options menu, can properly select between different strengths of hammer
