HOTFIX: Should work now, if not please let me know

Update: 19 Jul, 2021 @ 3:07pm

most things work now, but i still need to fix some lua errors, let me know if you find any
using default hl2 models for the samples now
tinea necrophorum has had a slight visual revamp, with growths appearing on infected corpses, and also on anyone who has been turned by a reanimated corpse
spore pods now periodically get released by those infected by necrophorum, which have no gravity, infecting any corpse that gets near and then removing themselves
infested corpses are only contagious when growths are visible, otherwise they only release spore pods
fists are now slightly modified default fists to prevent errors
TODO: icons for all the entities, parasitic infection, more effects on the fungal infection
FUTURE PLANS: modified diseases used to augment people in some way, contagious radiation, different method of curing yourself that requires more effort while keeping the old method as admin-only, actual protective measures other than keeping your health high, different infection overlay textures

Tinea Necrophorum: A fungal infection which can only infect the deceased. Eventually turns them into LNR walkers with a slight red tint.
Walkers created this way will die quickly when exposed to a patient in stage 3 of Creutzfeldt Necrophorum.
'Brain Rot': An insidious, slow infection. It presents no clear external symptoms until death, and carries a high infection risk, but it can be cured at any stage. Causes slowdown, visual disturbances, weapon dropping, and eventual death due to loss of brain matter. Upon death of an infected individual to this 'Brain Rot', their corpse and any corpses that get too close will carry the infection, but also gain a blueish tint. 90% health or lower is enough for a corpse to infect someone. 70% or lower health is required to be infected by live patients.
Works very well with Tinea Necrophorum.
