Neutral B has been given a huge nerf:
-Does less damage overall
-Close range knockback lowered exponentially


So yeah the gimmick of snipe shot might finally work

Utilt:
- Added Knockback and Hitpause Scaling
- Decreased Knockback
Dtilt:
- Changed the launch angle from 70 to 90
- Increased Knockback and Hitpause Scaling
- Decreased Knockback
Ftilt:
- Increased Hitpause and Hitpause Scaling
- Hitbox Width Decreased
- Endlag increased
Jab:
- Changed the sfx
Dash Attack:
- New Animation

Aerials:

Uair:
- Fixed the multihit, Actually hits multiple times now
- Decrease Endlag

Dair:
- Bounce back up a little higher

- Increased Spike hitbox lifetime

- Removed the Multihit

- Can no longer hit two hitboxes one after the other

Fstrong:
- Increased Hitpause, Increased Knockback and Decreased Knockback Scaling.

Dstrong:
- Decreased Hitpause, Hitpause Scaling, Knockback and Knockback Scaling.
- Hyperbeam doesnt Burn anymore
- Can no longer dodge the attack by getting close to Sullivan

Ustrong:
- Increased Hitpause, Hitpause Scaling, Knockback and Knockback Scaling for Linker Hitbox.
- Decreased Knockback and Knockback Scaling, Increased Hitpause and Hitpause Scaling for launcher hitbox
- Decreased Start and Endlag
- Changed Hitbox Shape and Size
- Linker hitbox sends player towards launcher hitbox more consistently
- Can no longer dodge the attack by getting close to Sullivan
- Improved Animation

Other Stuff:

- Pokémon Stadium Compability added
- Miiverse Compability added
- New Alt Colors added (Gameboy, Switch, Wedding Suit)
- New Results Screen Portrait
- Now he is slightly easier to launch

-Added more endlag to every move
- Nerfed Dstrong so it doesnt kill at like 45%
- Nerfed Fstrong so it doesnt just get spammed
-Made Dtilt's and Ftilt's Hitboxes slightly bigger
-Nerfed Dtilt and Ftilt's damage
- Knockback reduced for F and D strong
