Fixed incorrect whifflag on ftilt and nair. Ftilt endlag increased to match prior whifflag and nair whifflag increased to match prior endlag. Nair cancel windows moved earlier into the move. Fixed dstrong whifflag, +2f whifflag.

Bugfixes:

Fast falling now uses down_hard_pressed instead of down_pressed. This should make the character playable on keyboard.

Fstrong: Has extended parry stun.
Fstrong: Visual effect now disappears when hit out of the move.
Nspecial: A lot of bugs got fixed. A lot.

Fspecial: Now spawns projectiles after hitpause.

Uspecial: Hex no longer allows genger to SD.

Various moves now cancel when parried to make punishing easier instead of going into parry stun when the move ends.

Tons of other miscalaneous bugfixes and visual improvements I'm too lazy to document.

-Nspecial: Charge time per level: 24 > 30, charge no longer saves the frame at which you stopped charging.
-Nspecial: Projectile speed massively reduced, wall thrown speed unchanged. This makes wall much more noticeable as an accelerator while taking power out of nspecial.
-Nspecial: Projectiles now increase speed massively when reflected by parry.
-Nspecial: All levels of nspecial below max or wall boosted max have a reduced hitstun multiplier.
+Nspecial: Now saves the highest level shadowball hit for hex strength during the durration of a mark. Now applies more time to a mark when a new shadowball connects instead of overwritting it.

-Uspecial: Distance Reduced.
-Uspecial: Hex: Angle: 53.9 > 70
-Uspecial: Hex: Knockback Reduced at lower levels of shadow ball charge.
-Uspecial: Hex: Now goes into pratfall on whiff.
-Uspecial: Hex: Can no longer be attack canceled.
|Uspecial: Now changes hitpause hit vfx and sfx with shadowball charge level.

-Fspecial now goes on cooldown for 5 seconds when broken by enemy players.
-Fspecial now has a slight cooldown on cast.
-Fspecial now dissapears when Gengar is parried and goes on a 5 second cooldown.
-Fspecial Startup 9 > 12
-Fspecial Recovery 16 > 24
-Fspeical Wall now decends faster when players are standing on it.
-Fspecial no longer spawns the wall instantly. The wall now has a short summoning animation that takes 52 frames before interaction becomes possible.
-Fspecial wall now puts people standing on it into pratfall when it breaks.
|Gave fspecial player icons.

-Dspecial now has a hurtbox when Gengar begins emerging from the ground
-Dspecial pause before emerging from ground: 10 > 12
-Dspecial changed movement behavior to make whiffed dspecial significantly more punishable.
+Dspecial final hit angle: 52 > 45
+Dspecial turned a bug where Gengar could cancel dspecial directly into the final hit while falling into a feature. Push parry during dspecial's fall to cancel directly into the final hit.
+Dspecial final hit scaling: .9 > .95, hitpause scaling raised to 1 as well.
