Footsteps were not working if you load CUP, and that was making youhear vanilla footsteps instead. It is completly fixed but mod now requires CBA.

Changed a lot of sounds, made so all of them are in the same style for the most part.
All footsteps are now procesed by shaders, means that they blend better as well as they also depend on humidity now.

Added interior sounds, optimised volume on all footsteps so they will sound consistent, changed snow, dirt, mud, concrete, wood, sand, gear sounds.

Fixed missing sounds
Added new sounds for asphalt surfaces
Changed sounds for: Concrete, Sand, Dirt, Gravel, Dry Grass
