~ Fixed missing cubemap from the last update.
+ Added the new lump_entities source file and renamed the old one.

~ Reverted the static to dynamic prop conversion, which should fix the performance issues.
+ Added env_wind.
~ Lowered sun size, tweaked its color, and removed the overlay.
+ Added a useless tonemap entity.
~ Tweaked light_environment values and named it. This and the former were for a lighting recompile that VRAD didn't let me do.

~ Redone navmesh (not complete; needs more editing and nav_analyze)
+ Added Map Manipulator source files

This update really needed more time, but here we are.
~ Redone the sun angle to be physically accurate. This map takes place somewhere near New York at 7 AM in some time in April.
+ Added fog.
~ Slightly darkened the sky due to it being so close to dawn (95% of original brightness).
~ Updated the lower sky color to match my other maps.
~ Lowered the sun overlay size to 2.
~ Redone sun colors to match my other map, gm_justgrass.
+ Packed custom default cubemaps into the BSP. This map has its own cubemaps now. They have been darkened to reduce the glowing cubemaps issue, since I'm only limited to one.
~ Updated ain and nav files. I don't know if or what changes have been made.

Expanded the nodegraph (WIP).
Added a few more navmesh areas and links. Nextbots should be able to pathfind through the spawn platform stairs now. Because of this, this will also fix a huge FPS drop when using Zeta players.

Fix police station garage door being locked by default.
Some func_doors can no longer be opened by NPCs.
Added more navmesh areas.
