I've temporarily removed all congenital traits from the cultural legacy tracks (affects the High Valyrian, and Sisterman legacy tracks) pending a rework. On the bright side, the Westerosi Valyrians are no longer bald and in rags.

• The "Sea Snake" cultural Men-at-Arms of the Westerosi Valyrian culture can now also be recruited by House Velaryon of Driftmark, even though they are not Westerosi Valyrian. Thanks to White Wolf of the Whills for the suggestion.
  
• Instead of using only Valyrian GFX, Westerosi Valyrian aesthetics have been changed to reflect the cultures hybrid origin with Andal culture. Westerosi Valyrian units (Military Equipment aesthetic) is now Crownlander in apperance.
