NEW MOVES

-Cable; replaces wired in neutral, has better damage and frame data

BUFFS

-Minor damage changes

-Quantum Cannon resets pushback

-Overclock resets Pushback every MELEE hit

-Dispenser stays out 10 ticks longer
-Dispenser gives more energy

-Drone now has 2 extra move options for better coverage
-Drone now plays DBZ teleport sound if snaps from too far of a distance (not really a buff but a neat change)

-Propane tank's damage has been buffed

-Barbed Wire now has a charged state, making it do more damage

NERFS

-Dispenser can now be hit by melee, shortening it's lifetime
-Dispenser now has a range and can only heal if in that range
-Dispenser can now heal opponent (half the amount you heal)
-Dispenser no longer can be spammed

-Teleporter can't burst cancel, instant cancel, or feint

-Propane tank no longer has infinite hitstun

-Quantum Cannon does half damage then before

-Crowbar; appears every now and then. just a jab like attack
-Dispenser; build a dispenser and farm up some health/battery

-Turret now fires the same speed as charged

-Hustle; I added his taunt now where he swigs a bottle o' whiskey, gaining him 9% for some reason
-Sledgehammer; a grounded move that can be accessed in the overclock mode
-Piston Gauntlet; similar to robot's kick. can be accessed in the overclock mode

-You can now Drone after Drone-ing
-Drone now has a charged option that makes it attack 3 to 4 times

-Turret spawn now cost 8% instead of 10%
-Turret now has a charged option that makes the pellet faster

-You can now Install grab from the air
-Overclock now temporarily stops battery drain
-Wired now gives 5% battery on hit instead of 2%
-Volt Allot now gives 5% battery on hit instead of none


NERFS

-Quantum Cannon now cost 3 super instead of 2 (it isn't that bad)

-Turret spawn air cost 8% battery instead of none
-Turret pellet now fires slower if not charged
