Important hotfix for an issue that was preventing NPC's from buying intermediates and livestock

  • Complete overhaul of the market layout, as well as a new category "Covert"
  • All items now have the correct subtype, tier and social class
  • Entire NeedWeightsMap adjusted to account for the changes to social classes and subtypes
  • Removed arbitrary production bonus for setting production orders
  • Tweaks to the default storage rules for both players and AI
  • Significantly lowered the purchasing power of NPC's
  • Fixed a bug that was preventing NPC's from shopping at the market
