- Fixed lighting
- Fixed water visibility and physics
- Fixed weapon pick ups
- Fixed getting stuck in under-map teleports

- Fixed bug where you could get stuck at the bottom of the map
- Fixed teleporters snapping bad angles
- Added weapon spawns back to the map
- Adjusted boosters to be closer to previous CS values
- Slightly improved lighting
- Implemented potential fix for shooting through spawn glass (untested)
