Improved texture RVMAT to give ice a more realistic look up close

Missed a crash log spam message on last update, sorry.

Fixed nullpointer on load in ZenIcePlanesDefault.c (lineCount default value was NULL instead of 0) - no biggie but caused crash log spam on startup.

Fixed mod not creating default config file if you've never run one of my other mods before (and my Zenarchist server profiles folder was missing)
