- CB cost increased to 4000 base
- Declaring the war gives attacker a debuff scaled down with cultural era to make the war less one-sided
- The Realm of defender is now passed to one of their non-player not same dynasty vassals first, and only if there're no valid vassals does it create a new character
- New realm holder gets a unique positive modifier for 20 years to help with realm stability
- Attacker truce with new realm holder increased to 20 years.
