added individual thresholds so now you can customize EVEN MORE!!

added customizable triggers so you can pick and choose when mulligan activates

added new option to restart from your current level (basically you get to do over whatever level you want)

changed settings tab

now shows what seed you got hit on in console. also triggers on death now

fixed bug where lasers wouldn't trigger the effect

changed some setting names to make it more clear that they're from this mod
