- Native integration with Bomb Timer Modifier mod (Thank you, UnrulyJuli3). This mod no longer requires Harmony
- Settings annotations (for the Tweaks mod)
- Removed or changed a lot of release rules that force a very long wait (e.g. every digit is 0; tens digit is less than 2)
- Tweaked how penalty time is calculated
- The bundled pdf manual now has the correct page size
- Misc. internal changes

- Fixed a bug where the Bomb Timer Modifier patch would not trigger
- Removed the patching service as it was a remnant of an older system and instead integrated patching directly into the module
