if there is no packapunch on the map and player has an upgraded weapon then bullet boost is in the rotation

- players can no longer get a gumbal if its already enabled.
- if game is coop or player has quick revive near death experience is in the rotation.
- added wall power
- added alchemical antithesis
- added near death experience in coop or if player has quick revive
- removed head drama
