No, such a station, where the platforms touch each other, can't be compatible with MOM so far.

Despite its name, Multi-Track Station Enabler doesn't really enables multi tracks support. It just provides more flexibility in selecting where to place stops. It may sound as surprise to you, but vanilla game supports multi-tracks stations natively. All that's needed is for spawn points to be placed properly.
This mod fixes what authors have broken: it automatically calculates spawn points locations for train/metro station tracks and for airplane stops.
