I fell like the ranged characters are quite inaccurate... and therefore a little bit useless in general. I tried a duel between 2 Dwarfs Master Engineer, and they hited themself only once within th duel !!
Should I reduce distance for them to be more accurate, or are they usefull only for their buff ?

Hello, looking for any advice for this wonderfull mod.
-Is there any instances the Hellblaster volleygun is usefull ? For its price, I allways finish with very low kills, and it looks always better to chose the over powerfull canons..
-I have the same problem to use any ranged, specially short ranged, characters. Feel like they never hit their targets. Specially Witch Hunter, very limited range... can you find any use in battle for him ?
Same for Dark Elves and Skaven assassins...

Cataph, I'm working on a submod for this wonderful mod. All it does is change the horde units into the default units their respective factions, so rather than having to recruit a regiment of swordsmen, swordsmen are just 200 entities by default (daring, are we?). This is the first mod I've made for a warscape total war game! May I have your permission to publish this once it's finished?

It turns out it was another mod. I thought it might be a bug because none of the other mods modify any units in any way, but I was wrong. Thank you for responding, and for making this mod in the first place. I think it's great.

in general, there's absolutely no reason for stuff to stop working after two years. and it worked. check your mod list.

Dwarf Cannons are bugged. The button to switch to Grapeshot has no stats and doesn't do anything when pressed.

This mod is so good I uninstalled TWW3 and reinstalled TWW2 so I could play it. This to me is how the game oughta be balanced

I imagine the inherent difficulty there is that one of the TWW3 factions doesn't exist like at all on the tabletop and another is from a, by this point, positively ancient edition. It would probably be a think whenever Warhammer: The Old World launches.

Yea, thats what usally happens. the dwarfs are really strong in autoresolve.
i use the unnatural selection mod to buff/nerf factions to curb the ordertide.

Hey all and @cataph it’s been a while. Currently playing a Border Princes campaign with all of Cataphs recommended and stable mods list and it’s Dwarfageddon+ High elves plus the empire with Bretonnia doing well at turn 150. I helped the dwarfs annihilate the orcs and notice the only bad guy faction left is a Norse tribe plus Tomb Kings. Does this happen to anyone else often in your experiences? Like is it ever a entire map with the bad guys winning?

some specific units have special officers in the mod. as for compatibility no, it used to be set up for another officer mod compatibility but that's gone and I never went through the pretty substantial effort of changing it to one more up to date.

I read somewhere that this mod has officers present in units but cannot see any on playing is that my mistake? Also as a side question would this mod be compatible with Battle Standard Bearer mod?

I played multiple campaigns with this mod and I'm in love with it.

That beeing said, I tried a Markus EotV recently and huntsmen are not available to recruit... that transform a fun campaign into an awful one. Any chance this particular issue will be fix ?

Hi there I have a couple of questions please !

-Is there any way to recreate animosity in CTT ? It was an important rule for greenskins armies to make them unpredictable, but maybe hard to reproduce in video game..

-Is there any good mod available to reduce significantly or cut all the anoying campaign stats bonuses so we can play with stats closer to CTT all along ?

are we talking about custom battles or buffed to the gills in campaign against specific enemies? either way, I never had particular trouble dealing with gobbos once you refuse to just sit and grind.

The mod is absolutly great and the stats make so much sense, I play only with it.

The only thing I dont get is why greenskins, specially goblins, are so strong. Stats are in line with everything of course, but with a full army of goblins + trolls/rock lobbers/wolf riders or Night gobbos + squigs, you just crush the opposition with same amount of points. Feel like they dont flee like skavens do, and are very solid, close to invicible, dont get why.

Can you lose with gobbos ?

I was using the table top caps mod with this mod (CTT was loaded after table top caps) and noticed that war wagons from imperial reinforcements in Markus' campaign use different caps, (the one you start with uses special but the reinforcements use rare), is this intentional?

sorry if this has already been asked a bunch, but it feels like gun units are too inaccurate and mostly shoot over units even when standing pretty close. maybe this was by intent or do i use them wrong?

Hello all

Starting to play Empire with CTT, I get easily destroyed specifically against greenskins (swarm armies in general) : State trooper seem very weak and run very quickly. Even goblins seem to wipe out my infantry.

I guess I might not use them all well. Are ranks in formation very important ?
Any advice here on how to play Empire against Greenskins (Normal/Large) ?

Keep in mind that this might break balance of some factions - for example Karak Kadrin will be doing slayer spam and will annilihate everyone around those parts for example.

Is there a way to keep the army unit caps while eliminating the total faction caps? E.g. not having to build a new gunsmith for every mortar but still only being allowed to take 3 mortars per army?
