If you want to use the module system and download python thats much more in depth. Theres plenty of youtube videos to help with that. But if you just want to change troops, relations, dialogue, menus, all the stuff you see here all you need is morghs editor and notepad.

I personally used morghs editor and you can acess the text files in your module folder. With these you cam change dialogue, faction relations, armor,stats all that good shit.
