Leveling Merchant's Wallets

This mod makes the gold go above the limit, meaning that after that limit has been reached, all forms of mercantile will yield no money to you and will not decrease the coffers of the merchants. It is a well known bug.
For this reason, I highly encourage not downloading any mods of this nature. The normal merchant coffers are more than enough. Especially if you invest in them.
Besides, how lore friendly is it, for the merchants of skyrim to have more money than what you'd get as a reward for assassinating the emperor...?

This mod actually works huzza well done :)
Doc_Calm 6 Oct, 2017 @ 12:22pm
There's a brute force mod that gives all 10k. I switched to the brute force mod.
Folderus 23 Mar, 2017 @ 9:02am
is it you so unhealthy or the challenger so strong???
Lord-Knight Fandragon 29 Oct, 2016 @ 3:31pm
So how do you actually make the mod work? JUst lvl up your toon? I put it in, but dont see a change. Its a mod best used at lvl 0?
Ember 19 Oct, 2016 @ 3:25am
EESH, could you make a version that doesn't go up to 30k? 30k seems ridiculous... perhaps +100 per level fullstop?
KruhlSentru 11 May, 2016 @ 3:57pm
To be honest, even though there is an enhanced version, this one is probably better. The reason being that the enhanced version requires the unofficial skyrim patch, which actually can cause even more bugs in some cases. At least, it always has in my case.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS MOD IF YOU HAVE ANY DLCS, IT EATS YOUR GAME UP FROM THE INSIDE, AND IF YOU TRY TO UNINSTALL IT DELETES ALL YOUR SAVES!!!
Altarx 8 Feb, 2016 @ 10:43am
This mod with my 3 DLC don't work.
Help
Malian 27 Dec, 2015 @ 8:16am
does it work with DLC? I have just purchased Dragonborn and I'm not sure if this will work with it or not???
Gunner 28 Sep, 2015 @ 6:24am
Not sure if someone has mentioned this. But it would be nice if the money a merchant has depends on their area. I mean, a small town merchant probably won't have the money to buy your deadric armor...but head to the big city and they will. I think that would add immersion to this great mod.
GodzDrunkstDrivr 13 Aug, 2015 @ 8:12am
i like how he jumped from lv 36 to 95...... in the video *the magic of video editing*
Werde Spinner 3 Aug, 2015 @ 7:19pm
This doesn't seem to be working for Belethor and Arcadia but every other shopkeeper has plenty of money. Weird... Anyway, thanks to this mod I am now fantabulously wealthy.
Kharmander🦤TTV 19 Jul, 2015 @ 6:47am
It would be better if individual merchants "leveled" based on the value of the items theyve been sold. If belethor keeps getting super expensive things then he logically would have more money and he would have what he needs to improve his craft. So he will have more gold to trade with.
Swasome101 16 May, 2015 @ 6:12pm
for the video he said 65,000 it was only 6,500 learn to count lol :)
Sk1nny 1 May, 2015 @ 1:49am
The enhanced version of this crashes my game so I can't use it, sadly ;n;
Bullwinkle 17 Apr, 2015 @ 8:55am
Is it possible for the player to edit a particular file and change the amount that the vendors purses grow by for each level? I like the idea of this mod, but it is a bit OP for me. If I can change 400 per level to maybe 60 per level, by changing one or two files, I'd be interested in subscribing.
xPractus 27 Feb, 2015 @ 6:02pm
In the video, he said he went to level 36. In the loading screen when he died, he was level 95. Nice jump.
Doaner 5 Feb, 2015 @ 11:46am
I got a weird bug, since I downloaded this when I level up I get to put points into 2 things and I get 2 perks, has this happened to anyone else?
Robert 17 Jan, 2015 @ 7:33am
could this mod work with the black market merchant in the dragonborn DLC?
Scorpion wins 29 Dec, 2014 @ 3:30am
This is a helpful mod, merchants with max 1000 gold are tedious
QcServietsky 19 Dec, 2014 @ 12:49pm

@DUNDOIT
By selling all the crap you give them at the right price, duh! Ooh, nice 320 staff. I'll buy it for 220 and sell for 350!
Jacob 15 Sep, 2014 @ 3:19am
... Basically cheating. How do vendors get so much money.
SirVivel 11 Sep, 2014 @ 12:13am
I don't need the fences anymore, since all merchants buy stolen goods after you reached a certain level in speechcraft/bartering.
Rabbit 2 Sep, 2014 @ 9:49am
this mod has helped me so much, thanks
BigZucc 23 Aug, 2014 @ 9:31am
I need one for the fences!
Dosbilliam, Boring but Practical 13 Aug, 2014 @ 2:25pm
The one mod I'm adding simply because it's easier than getting the same thing from the Nexus. :P
Ash 6 Aug, 2014 @ 6:06am
just the mod that is needed when you are carrying a lot of dragon scales and bones
sad0clown 5 Aug, 2014 @ 12:52am
thank you for your mod! been a pain to sell small ammount of stuff! now i m filthy rich like a real dragonborn! lol 8-)
mc_rog46_sd1 4 Aug, 2014 @ 7:45pm
@penguin0918 I had a similar problem when I subscribed to More Soul Gems.Which modified the inventory of anyone selling soul gems and reverted their money back to game default values. It did not affect blacksmiths or alchemists money because they do not sell soul gems.
In order to get around this I put More Soul Gems before this one in the load order and when i want to buy soul gems I switch them around.
If I were you I would check any mods that might affect Belethor.
mc_rog46_sd1 4 Aug, 2014 @ 7:24pm
Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for this mod. I mean how does Bethesda expect you to sell improved and enchanted high level weapons and armor?
The total value of my enchanted and improved Daedric armor set is 43,500 retail and my sword at 5500, gimme a break, thanks again.

I've been using this mod for quite awhile and I'm extremely happy with it but just recently I've ran into an issue. Belethor in Whiterun only has $2032 gold available, instead of the being like the other merchants having over $31,000 (I'm at level 91). I've been to him twice within a week (game time) and the amount stays at $2032. I'm not sure why all of a sudden his gold count has went way down. Please help!!
DethMetalJesusHG 11 Jul, 2014 @ 7:03pm
I just use the Command Console.

-click on merchant
"additem f *amount of cash*"

(without quotes or asterisks)
xx 5 Jul, 2014 @ 9:53pm
This simple, excellent mod solves an elementary problem. Limiting the merchants' on-hand cash didn't really make the game more immersive anyway, since it merely encouraged players to waste time teleporting from town to town to dump their loot. I'm trying to be an adventurer, not a porter! This is much appreciated.
emilss1995 28 Jun, 2014 @ 12:58pm
lol
Rabbit-63 26 Jun, 2014 @ 1:58am
I should have read Fayde1's comments first, now I know to sell everything first then buy up 29,999 and start selling again.
Thanks people.
Rabbit-63 26 Jun, 2014 @ 1:51am
I am level 113 and the merchants carry 30,000 plus septims each so I thought it would be good to sell off my huge collection of very expensive weapons and armor, which I could not do before intalling this mod. Then this little problem happened.

Buy gear from blacksmith in Falkreath, he gets money, Sell gear to to him and speech perk increases but no money changes hands. I can continue to buy gear and his money continues to rise. If I try and sell, he gets the gear and I get no money.

Anyone else have this issue?

Apart from this, no problem.
BPDOLSON 25 Jun, 2014 @ 7:39pm
Great time saver, but now gold means nothing because I'm swimming in it.
Jopz 23 Jun, 2014 @ 7:19pm
still works?
carltondavis 22 Jun, 2014 @ 2:07pm
Much more fun than having to bounce around between half a dozen merchants to sell all your loot.
Nannman 20 Jun, 2014 @ 6:53pm
So much easier to sell all my loot after running through dungeons now
Super Dave 17 Jun, 2014 @ 11:12am
its fun without mods. plus mods make glitches on computers
Super Dave 17 Jun, 2014 @ 11:11am
why play with mods when you can play the game as it is!!!!!!!!!!!! I:(
ctocriddle1 14 Jun, 2014 @ 3:26pm
Thanks Fayde1 - you hit it on the mark on my error. My merchants got gold values above 30K. I started a new game and this works great!
MarcosFelipe94 10 Jun, 2014 @ 6:02pm
This mod helped me a lot, thank you so much.
Fayde 10 Jun, 2014 @ 1:57am
So - this mod has been such an awesome one earlygame. Very grateful.
Now, as my speech skills improve and items I trade have risen in worth, the natural evolution is that I have surpassed what this mod can do for me.
If I hadn't had it installed, my Skyrim wouldn't have been as much fun for me - but now, til I make a new game, this mod shall be Favourited and rested...
Thank you, AbsoluteMkoll - Highly reccommend this Mod!!!!!
Fayde 9 Jun, 2014 @ 11:46pm
"This is because of a bug with Skyrim that tends to freeze the merchants gold values if it gets too much above 30k."
I have it too, now.
Lucan had 16000-19000, I used my Investment Perk (500 gold) and it shot him up over that Buggy 30k mark, so I could offload goods but not get paid for them...
