Really cool. I worked for all 3 Johnsons & finished the corp run, that's the end of the content right? Thanks for making it, exactly the kind of thing I would want from shadowrun though it is indeed short, I am still very appreciative of it.

Thanks for your comment Hunter4hire. Do what you want with this and keep me posted :)
Hunter4hire 7 Jul, 2019 @ 3:43pm
it's 2019 and I really enjoyed this. I especially like the nod to the genesis game, as that was my favourite shadowrun videogame back in the day. I would like to add my locations and maybe some extra runs, or missions. Can I use this game and add my stuff and post it with more? of course you would get majority credit as well as a link here.

That is a huge shame, It was crazy fun.

This place needs a little check box for notifying people whether a UGC is fully finished. As a person wanting to roleplay the life of a Shadowrunner, taking on jobs (each UGC being a "job"), you want the best experience.
Lord Kharsis  [author] 6 Jul, 2018 @ 1:13pm
Hi there, thanks for your appreciation. Unfortunately I don't think I will continue to work on this campaign, sorry about that.
DrWilyeCoyote 1 Jul, 2018 @ 8:31pm
I'm stalled. after mr. johnson mentions my issues with people in hong kong and the need to resolve them, im basically told by the author this isnt done yet, do you have an estimate on when you can get back to this, if at all?
Dcard 26 Jun, 2018 @ 1:58pm
I do wonder where the main story is?
I have I missed it?
mamouri 23 Mar, 2018 @ 3:35am
I like it... the missions are fairly easy to medium. The art is overally good. But I think the main negative point is lack of a compelling strory. Actually there's no story in this UGC at all, only a bunch of missions to be accomplished.
Sleeping Viper 14 Jul, 2015 @ 5:02am
is this still being worked on?
Ch4rm5nDer 20 May, 2015 @ 8:02am
is the ugc having any bugs or typos??
Tiny Buckethead 5 Apr, 2015 @ 6:27pm
This was fun, but the constant "papers please" in downtown got old.
btw, this adventure is unfinished.
GeeseFX 13 Feb, 2015 @ 4:52pm
Can anyone tell me what Karma this is best for? Should I start fresh or can I import around a 250 karma character?
Yaoji 30 Jan, 2015 @ 3:00pm
Character import does not work for me. any suggestions?
Ампутэйт 21 Nov, 2014 @ 4:50pm

Great one!!! :)
Wookiee Gone Wild 20 Jun, 2014 @ 3:58pm
Pretty good work!
RuinsFate 12 Jun, 2014 @ 5:35pm
One thing that turned me off with this adventure - importing a character but not their gear leaves their cyberware behind, but NOT the essence costs, so I had essence 1, no 'wares, and no chance to install more. You should allow importing of gear with a character.

Great Sandbox. Should be used as a setting for more complex adventures. I especially liked the taxi system, the gun permits and the need for falsified SINs. It would be great if the flat could be refurbished (maybe per catalogue delivery via vidphone), it would be a way to feel at home and spend some nuyen. It certainly has the Shadowrun P&P feeling.
Yoh 16 Apr, 2014 @ 5:32am
Great job sir, thanks for doing it. I didn't expect it to end and it leave me very frustated, which is a good sign ^^. Can wait for the next chapter !
megid2 11 Feb, 2014 @ 1:41pm
Very nice, enjoyed it a lot, particularly Mitsuhama 3rd floor -- you sense something is wrong, yet you do it anways :)
Skullivan 6 Jan, 2014 @ 9:42pm
Is it possible to drop party members? I want to get rid of the dwarf (he's now up to 500 HP and it's taking the fun out of the game)
Skullivan 6 Jan, 2014 @ 7:38am
That dwarf you pick up in the bar in the redmon barrens, is he suppose to have 300 hit points?

Partycrasher, JRShadowrunner: thanks for your comments guys :)
midelf : Yep if I remember well armour and spells counts. Lonestar are corrupt, that's why ;)
midelf 13 Dec, 2013 @ 4:52am
I just started this with an adept character with some basic mage spells. So, I encountered Lone Star wanting to see my weapon permit, but the option to say that I didn't have any weapons was unavailable, despite me being unarmed. Do spells count as weapons? Or does armour?
Partycrasher 6 Dec, 2013 @ 2:03pm
Pretty polished for an open-world module. So far seems to have most things you'd want: fixers, suppliers, med facilities, world encounters - not yet sure if it has repeatable/randomised shadowruns, but that would be excellent.
JRShadowrunner 19 Nov, 2013 @ 2:19pm
Can' wait for more either on this UGC or any future ones you do. The ening leaves you hanging & wanting more because you did it so well. Good job with this, man.
Lord Kharsis  [author] 11 Nov, 2013 @ 1:13pm
Therevan- Thank you for your comment, much appreciated :)

Kiernian- Thanks, I look foward to read your comments when you'll have completed my UGC

Goldenchild- I'm planning on adding some stuff this winter, but for now it's complete. Last run is the corp run.
Goldenchild 10 Nov, 2013 @ 12:44pm
I haven't played this in a while,Is it complete?
Kiernian Greywalker 8 Nov, 2013 @ 11:01pm
After some mild QA testing on this, it is VAST amounts of fun.

The maps are well set up from what I've seen so far. You have the ability to explore without getting entirely lost on your way to objectives.

The dialogue options are well thought-out.

The combat carries an element of surprise on occasion.

I look forward to playing the rest of this mod.

So far it has proven to be a well-developed creation.
Kiernian Greywalker 8 Nov, 2013 @ 10:52pm
An option to leave kanfan unharmed and take the desired item from an already slain defender might be interesting as a negotiation option. Awesome dialogue on that run.
Kiernian Greywalker 8 Nov, 2013 @ 10:40pm
LOVE the ganger discussion options prior to the envelope turn-in.
Kiernian Greywalker 8 Nov, 2013 @ 10:37pm
Taxi service works!
Kiernian Greywalker 8 Nov, 2013 @ 10:30pm
Winston Marrs carries a bubble over his head even after you pay him to join you inside the same location you can initially speak to him from.
Kiernian Greywalker 8 Nov, 2013 @ 10:26pm
Early on, after talking to the mysterious girl at the bar, clicking on Winston Marrs paths you to
the opposite side of the bar he is on.
Therevan 6 Nov, 2013 @ 12:37pm
My favorite UGC, by far. It has a real distinct feel to it, rather than feeling like a remix.

Can I help in any way to further/complete this? Maps, dialogue, story/branching diagrams? I'm a professional writer and SRR enthusiast. GitHub? Shared Dropbox? Ping me if you're interested.
Stitched 4 Nov, 2013 @ 2:08pm
It was just a weird design thing. Didn't realize I had to continue doing missions while it prepped the corp run. Thought after doing all 3, they didn't respawn. Finished the module.
Lord Kharsis  [author] 4 Nov, 2013 @ 12:55pm
Stitched are you sure it's a bug? We can't help you if you don't give any details about it.....
Lord Kharsis  [author] 4 Nov, 2013 @ 11:26am
Thanks for your comments guys!
I have many ideas for a sequel, but not enough spare time to program it, maybe this winter. In the meantime, I enjoy reading your comments, I'm glad you liked it :)
Stitched 4 Nov, 2013 @ 11:17am
@pokerface_666 - How did you finish it? I have a bug where I can't complete the last of one of the Johnson missions
pokerface_666 2 Nov, 2013 @ 7:16am
Ah... just finished it... it was AWESOME!!! So Chummer... got any news for a Shadowrun Addicted Player? :P
dah 27 Oct, 2013 @ 3:20am
Nicely done, dude. I believe this is one of perhaps two UGCs I'd recommend to anyone. Good atmosphere, nice run variety (the suitcase snatch being a real gem - congratulations, seriously) and technical execution (very clean, no serious bugs at all). Not meaning to start any arguments, but this was in my (highly subjective and personal) view far superior to most 5-star-rated UGCs out there...

As for things to improve, it's mostly technicalities - a few typos, some grammar mishaps ("firewarms" made me grin) and perhaps the dialog writing on some occasions could use a review. But none of this detracts from a genuine shadowrunning feel, which this story has in spades. Like it a lot.

Cheers, mate.
JRShadowrunner 26 Oct, 2013 @ 6:47pm
Enjoyed it & truly hope you create more for this Shadowrun project.
Gibberringfool 21 Oct, 2013 @ 12:47pm
