Vá para onde você instalou o jogo, em "OSFE_Data / StreamingAssets" e crie uma pasta "Mods" lá. Então você pode instalar.

@Todori Workshop Mods get installed to your workshop folder (steamapps/workshop/content/960690). The Mods folder is only used for local mods.
@Dr.maniac: You might be getting an error in your log. You'll have to go to the place where you installed the game and go into "OSFE_Data/StreamingAssets" and make a Mods folder there.
