@scottclifford01 the feature you mentioned is buggy in fm14, you still load tactics manually though, just download desired tactics, launch the game, than load those tactics into the game from your download folder (i think i fm14, you can do this from the formation screen, it's been a while, i can't be sure anymore). i just changed one instruction to 'retain posession' and ive had great success with this tactic with man utd, oxford united and southampton. Brilliant tactic!!

omg i was using the tactic used bij dutch in wc2014 got behind with ADO against fc utrecht 75 minutes i switched to this tactic 3 minutes i got the draw i love this tactic

great tactic, won the league and champions league with newcastle united in my 3rd season, and got back promotions with Histon from skrill north and skrill premier, can be a little weak defensively, seemed extremely rare to get clean sheets with either team, but then the sheer amount of attacking strength it offered obviously made up for that most of the time!
