My scouts eye model is now broken (purple and black eye textures) I really need a way to either bring back the original iris texture or get the enhanced version soon, I dont want to loose my 10 long video : (

i did follow your explanation

first, i subscribed this link then after i found your files in workshop\models\player\shared\eye-iris-blue-en.vtf

second, copy to paste in tf\materials\models\player\shared vtf file

third, downloaded left/right eyes files then i copy to paste in tf\materials\models\player\shared
(it is same like second directory right?)

fourth. i opened left/right eyes files with VTFE, but it is already was edited
like "$Iris" "models/player/shared/eye-iris-blue-en" in first line

all explanation is done, so i launched sfm then i was import femscout....but it's didn't work

at last, sorry for my English skill, if you can read my question please answer my question :D

DID IT :) Ofc only few colors. Maybe will make more.

You should make more eye colors like green, purple, red, amber, hazel, etc.

@RedneckrOadkill there is MaxofS2D's version on the workshop. Search "Tf2 Female Scout" or something like this. It's a pretty nice model.
