Report a translation problem
it is possible that the game tasks broke down. Expanded messages uses a long dependency chain of "message 3, depends on message 2 being sent, which depends on message 1 being sent ... etc etc" it is possible one broke, and the following after aren't being sent.
Yes, it is definitely possible. I hesitate to do it mainly for the fact that it would be a nightmare for me to maintain.
however, my best consideration to accomplish this would be to provide the base mod without localization data. and then add a sub mod for each locales type for the player to select. While, this should work in practice, i have not yet tried it.
the interim solution, would be for the community to develop a locales patch for their language and overwrite the Expanded Radio locales.xlsx data with the corrections.
If this was done for even one language It would be easy enough for me to remove said language from my mod and redirect those players to the patch mod. this would allow for a much smaller foot print as well as correct the bad API translations I created.
The german translation is just terrible and unreadable.
I already deleted the german part in the data sheets and noticed that it also reduces the filesize a lot...so another point for seperate downloads.
to the 2nd, you can change all of the transmission duration to 86400, (in sandbox.xlsx / radio)

uboat patrol reports / sunk reports / breaking news / newspaper (unlocked via research)
yeah only sunk uboats reports fo me as well
check that a expanded-radio.dat files are created in the appdata - datasheet directory < this was the last issue

Any future campaigns should avoid using this specific mod with the as stated
