It seems to conflict with the 1946 scenario.
E-75 cannot be purchased etc.

I'm curious, why replace the Panzer 38(t)A with the Panzer IIIE? The former played a crucial role in the early part of the war for Germany, so to see it be removed seems very strange. As much as I like the idea of an upgraded model, I still feel that removing the Panzer 38(t) as part of the starting tank lineup to be doing something of a disservice to the vehicle and its crucial role in the early stages of the war.

its such a small efford for the devs change a code - adjust some numbers and save why i dont see them doing it, in case they do just re-balance everything add more infantry types and allow forces to be integrated and railway gun have better explanation of anti air etc. as historically they had a 1000 man team or so to protect it. I accept the idea of hex and not all hex can be a brigade or division but i would like to have it nominated also for a bit more historical accuracy

No, it does not. It's an original Panzertruppenuniform. The skull is not related to SS. It bases on the Prussian Braunschweiger Husaren-Regiment Nr. 17 (fd. 1759 / Skull since 1912).

Unfortunately many made the same mistake as the guy below and many Panzertruppen were mistaken as SS and executed.

I'd like to update the tanks of all factions, but unfortunately I don't have to the time to do it right now. Besides Germany tanks, what faction do you feel needs to be reworked the most?

Are there mods in the work for changing other faction tanks, or just the germans? i dont see a reason to use tweaked stats for a unit if it applies to just the one unit

Thanks for the feedback Aussie_Militant. I'll work on making an detailed list for future changes. Some of these units have so many stat changes ("Numerous stat changes") that it's difficult to visualize the unit role based on lines of data alone. The Random Scenario is nice because it allows the player to directly compare unit stats side by side in a visually friendly format.

"Unit details can be studied by starting a Random Scenario" I mean you could have just listed them here, not sure if i want to download because i might not like the changes. You already listed all the tanks, how much extra work would have listing the actual numerical changes have made, i would guess 5mins, since you know the actual changes.

This is really cool. I've been trying to make a mod like this myself but can't find that much on how to actually edit stuff. If it isn't to much a hassle, how did you create this mod. I have somethings I want to test but can't figure out how to get them into the game (an example is making all light tanks 2 core slots and nerfing their stats so they have a purpose compared to medium tanks).

I am afraid so, at least with aircraft. When it comes to buying transportation for new infantry, you only have to do it once to actually "unlock" the transportation, after that they work as per usual.

however I haven't tested sea transports yet, but I am about to play norway in the PC1 GC mod

P.S.

I made fighter/ground-attack versions of the 109E and F, and gave them a toggle to switch between the vanilla fighter version and the new ground attack version with more SA and HA and less initiative and air attack values... not sure, if this makes them completely overpowered though,,,
but I am always a bit annoyed about the fact, that fighters become useless once you cleared all enemy planes when IRL they would just fly Jabo sorties IRL, at least on the eastern front.

and then there was II./LG2 and later SchlG 1 operating mostly 109Es in a dedicated ground-attack role and no way to "roleplay" them

I am not sure, if the embarking feature can also be fixed this way but all transportation-related issues seem to be fixable by saving the game during deployment and then re-loading it, it specifically fixes the two issues I had with my own unit mods so far:

not being able to deploy aircraft
not being able to buy transportation for new units

when you reload the 0 turn, it works again.

It's not intentional. Unfortunately there are a few coding errors with the Mod Manager, and that's one of them. I hope the Devs will be able to fix it with the next update. I've added a temporary note in the description. Thanks for reporting this issue.

Its not possible to get a Pz38(t)G on a sea transport... is that intentional?

Only the German Super Heavies got purely nerfed. Everything else was re-balanced with both strengths and weaknesses. I also tried to follow some degree of historical accuracy.

For instance, the Panzer IVJ was actually inferior to the Panzer IVH. The Ausf J had the side armor, zimmerit paste, multiple pistol/vision ports, and turret rotation motor all removed. But it did have greater fuel capacity. This is reflected in the game stats by costing less prestige/core slots, reducing ground/close defense, and increasing movement range.

Also, I'm always open to suggestions. Give it a shot and let me know what you think. Thanks for your question.
