You are probably running other mods accessing the same files. Try to get it up the priority list in your mods tab.

If you use Steam, just subscribe to the mod and activate it in the Mods menu inside the game. If you prefer Nexus mods, in the game's Pillars of Eternity II\PillarsOfEternityII_Data folder, create a folder called "override" if one doesn't already exist and unpack the mod there :)

Well you probably not going to understand this so...
Its not about ''focus'' related , its about making the undressed's nudity/naked more accurate instead of permanent censored behind undergarments. ( Look at other games like Rust,SCUM,etc also have proper undressed nudity without mod as part of option too )
Underwear on this game should been part of wearable item thing.I personally find it considered a censorship to have permanent glued undergarments on undressed nudity but its long to explain ( In short explanation : i mean if you look at old games like Elder scroll 1 and 2's ingame undressed nudity then compare to 3-5, then you'll see why)

Wish POE1 also had modding support and wish someone made a mod like this to remove those censorgarments for first game too.

I believe a good part of it is that underwear is not really considered a part of the equipment in RPG games but you assume most of the humanoinds use it so it's only logical to have it there where it makes sense.
Having a separate equipment slot for underwear would just look dumb in a game that is not very focused on this, and would be even weirder if being completely naked was a default. So, I kind of understand why Obsidian did this, and I don't think it has anything to do with censorship. It is maybe a little weird the nudity is not used more in a game with many mature themes, but I guess it was not their focus and we are probably better off this way :P

Aaaanyway, thankfully PoE2 is quite easy to mod and this was (maybe deliberately) very easy to do, so enjoy :D

As for PoE1, I don't think there are models for naked characters in that game, so I'm afraid the answer is no.

Thanks for removing those dumb censorship to make it more immersive. More games with advanced clothing system always need mod like this . I dont get why some game devs put censorship by glued undergarments ( or censorgarments ) on their undressed naked player characters and companion while they fine to let npcs nude on bath house section ? This doesnt make any sense.

Other games like Conan exiles has proper immersive undressed naked (without mod) as part of option instead of permanent remain censored behind glued undergarments .
But anyways Good job on making this again .
