the character is pretty cool aswell so its a shame this is the issue
Not sure if it's just me or if the hitbox for the FS is jank, cause I seem to miss with it a lot because I don't know it's exact hitbox.
For the bad, some of her attacks feel really dumb to use and difficult to chain into (D-air Tilt hard to use, Dash attack is atrocious and you're better of using her S-Special since it's consistent) She feels very awkward to handle compared to the other Ame mod. Her knockback power is low (I needed the opponent to be around 250%+ just to score a KO each life) and you can't set up many combos because her kit feels jank
On the plus side however, she feels much more creative and is a fragile speedster. The utilization of her stopwatch is genuinely the better than the other mod. Her N-Air is powerful and feels more easier to land, and her ground pound is very satisfying to use. The fact that she has her own built in FS that utilizes Alt-Ame's is great, but for a FS that takes a long time to build, it's rather weak (Can't even guarantee a kill on a 250% enemy even on the edge of the stage.)
why does every fucking move spike
Also on a more serious note, something that I particularly dislike is the dash. The extremely slow initial dash speed with the extremely fast run speed is very disorienting and makes the character very difficult to control. That being said, nobody can control Watson, not even her managers, so I understand the reasoning behind this decision.
I do have to say though, the character's moveset kind of lacks a reliable kill move, or any decent kill setups that don't involve just getting a spike and edgeguarding. Hell, even her smash attacks don't kill until upwards of 160%, which is just crazy.
