Lookin forward to more of your creations!
I am aware that the level is slightly easier now. And i stand by the decision to make it slightly easier (there are LOTS of challenging levels out there if that's your thing)
However i don't think for most people that rainbow road is about being challenged in driving skill. But about delivering a specific nostalgic feel when you play it. And i updated it towards that feel.
Look at Spartan117's comment further down. These are the kinds of things i have been hearing the most about so that's what i geared the update towards.
Don't have a backup unfortunately. But i am sure if you ask around the community and on the forums that someone has the old version and are willing to share it with you.
Saving the update for hitting 7000 subs :D (what a number that is, srsly)
Love this stage. :)
IMHO I prefer the Nitronic Rush OST, it would be nice if they had continued with the this style, I particularly think the Distance OST is too dark... Anyway the game is still in Alpha, lets see what they will come up with!!! Nice talking to you! =D
Uhhhmm its called "Random chords" and its actually a piece that Jordan (the guy who makes the music for Distance) despise. I think we need more of this though. To help accomodate the different styles of levels people are making. The general music theme for distance wouldnt fit Rainbow road at all :)
Which music did you used for the level? Love that vibe!
Ideally it would be a no-fly zone :) but there are infact sides on the track (yellow stars) which i have represented with the yellow distance sides.
