It's marked as a "Misc" on the workshop main page, so it's a cosmetic. Most Heavy melee weapons will probably clip as none of them have any equip_region set, the only exception outside of All-Class weapons would probably not clip would be the Eviction Notice.

Wouldn't this hella clip with his melees too? Would it work like the gunboats and you would have to use stock fists? Thats stupid. Things like the bread bites and holiday punch barely cover his (shrunken) fists as is.
