Couple of issues - The boss spawns outside of the map sometimes, but you can kill it by shooting thru the door in spawn. The box disappeared and did not re-spawn anywhere. When that happened, there were no more max ammo power-ups for the rest of the game. I had just enough ammo from packing to end the game, and I mean JUST enough.
