2 Things:
1- I didn't know that, okay? I didn't know both mods modified the same effect (I thought you made that effect yourself). Since I've been playing L4D2 for years and I've never seen an effect like that for adrenaline and penis that could be combined.
Also, I "recommended" that other mod because on mid-range or low-end PCs, the post-processing effect can affect performance. And as you can see, there are many effects in your mod. Maybe this could help. (I didn't mean it in a bad way or anything like that). It's like a plus or a help. (Unless the effects in your mod don't affect the game's performance, then I won't need the other mod.)
2- Anyway, your mod is wrong :( Since, as I told you, you see a very strange effect when I use adrenaline, and as I told you, the problem is more noticeable if you use adrenaline on your "tumtara" map.
Both mods edit the exact same effect in the exact same file.
You can't make two things compatible when they are mutually exclusive.
I recommend checking the effect that appears when using adrenaline "it's not exactly the same as the gif on the left -->
To be more specific, I mean that the effect that appears around the screen does appear, but the "wave" or "distortion" effect (I don't know how to say it) when we use adrenaline doesn't appear.
And you can even see lines in the middle of the screen.
I would recommend going to your Tumtara map and using the effect and you'll see what I mean by "Lines." I would even say that I see some squares when the "wave" or "distortion" effect appears when using adrenaline.

Except that i am thinking of a way to edit every single particle to be entirely modular, but it requires a bunch of end-user work to make them all fit together.

I don't take screenshots and upload a different mod.
It's the old Cs:Go awp, where i added skins and a new flashlight.
If there were particle effects associated with pill usage, I could edit them.
However, since there are no particle effects to modify, I would need to add a trigger somewhere. This would likely involve modifying the pill animation, but I'm unsure if it's possible to make screen effect particles play when an animation starts.

Perhaps you have another mod that for some reason overwrites this one.
And the blood effect compatible with 'Enhanced Blood Splatter Overlay',it so cool
Because then, if multiple mods do that, you need to manually write the manifest to contain all the extra thing you need and 90% of the workshop users wouldn't do that themselves.
Also, this mod only edits the particles. The mod you linked only edits the texture.

This here uses the same textures as vanilla. If the mod you mention edits the texture, yes.
If the other mod edits the particle itself, then no.
